Loose leaf tea or for herbal baths
0.5 oz of dried, crushed leaves

Traditional Uses:
- Helps with insomnia
- Nervine; calming qualities
- Has potential to reduce sudden onset panic attacks due to OCD, Anxiety, or PTSD
- Assists sore muscles, back pain, cramps etc.
-Bug repelling volatile oils

Don't go using the catnip at your local pet store, however! You don't know how old the product is or how it was cured. Products for animal consumption sadly have lower standards.
The catnip we grow is organic, fresh, and pesticide free though and is safe for both you AND your fur baby!
